The freedom of trying out new ideas, the absence (somewhat!) of time constraints and the overall lack of stress- both for the couple and for us, are all solid reasons to love engagement shoots. On top of all these fun parts of engagement shoots, Zahra is a good friend who I haven’t caught up with in a while, so this was one engagement shoot that Nuva and I were eagerly looking forward to!<\/p>\n

Zahra picked Tribeca partly because she loves the cobblestoned streets and the overall “old town” vibe that downtown neighborhood imparts. However, I knew it was mostly because her apartment is in Tribeca and doing the shoot there means she won’t have to take the subway(kidding)! Jokes aside, Tribeca is actually an excellent choice for incorporating the classic urban vibe that the Big Apple has to offer. Plus, sunset by the Hudson River park is simply gorgeous. As long as you’re willing to be a bit patient to get clean framing avoiding the bustling park visitors, the view around sunset is great. So here goes, some shots form a fun-filled afternoon.
